Biography

Alexandre has his background with Deloitte. In 2008, he was one of the co-founders of Deloitte Innovation, a separate legal entity within Deloitte Netherlands. He has also led Innovation for the Deloitte EMEA region for over 4 years and supported 16 countries with setting up and scaling their respective innovation practices. Alexandre has over 15 years of experience in the world of corporate innovation. He has extensively worked with different innovation methodologies like the Business Model Canvas, Design Thinking, Innovation Sprints and the Lean Canvas. He also has a broad experience in designing and facilitating workshops on business model innovation, digital leadership and innovation immersion sessions for senior leadership groups. He is a coach for entrepreneurs, has talked at TEDx, gives guest lectures at two leading Universities in the Netherlands and is a frequently asked speaker for a broad variety of events varying from 10 to 600 people. Finally, he is an advisor for startups to help them scale their business.
